For over two decades, I have been persistent in advocating for communities that have been historically excluded from the entertainment industry and educational arts programs.

I’m focused on three key areas: creating intersectional narratives, materially supporting diverse creators, and building inclusive schools and curricula.

I find this work sensitive, ongoing, and challenging, but I have also been fortunate to witness institutional progress, see favorable individual outcomes, and form long-term professional bonds. 

With reflection and humility as guiding principles, I approach diversity initiatives with deference and a sense of service.
